What Keto-Friendly Sweetener Should I Use?
Swerve is a good option for the fat bombs, a feed drops of Stevia also work great! Powdered erythritol is also a great keto sweetener because you can use it to replace sugar using the same amounts for most recipes and it doesn’t let you with a bitter aftertaste. Make sure to check the amounts and nutrition info for the sweetener you would like to use because it can affect the total carb count in some cases.
What other flavors are great for these fat bombs
While chocolate and peanut butter is a classic combination, you can customize this fat bomb recipe at your will. You can substitute peanut butter with any other nut butter such as almond butter or even cashew butter. Make sure there is no added salt or sugar. You can even try adding some chopped nuts for a crunchier texture!
Can I use molds to make the fat bombs?
If scooping the balls is not practical for you, you can always use a mini cupcake pan to keep the fat bombs the perfect portion size. Silicon cupcake pans are perfect because you can pop the fat bombs right out when they are done and ready to eat.
How long to store the keto fat bombs?
Cover the fat bombs in an air-tight container and keep in your freezer or refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy cold so it doesn’t melt in your fingers!

Super happy with this recipe. I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and have been having a hard time satisfying a sweet craving in my final weeks. These feel indulgent and are super easy to make! For my next batch, I might add a half cup of rice krispies to give it a little more crunch for not a lot of extra carbs. I doubled the recipe and used chunky all natural pb, and came up with 18 tbs sized balls.

I doubled the recipe and came out with 12 balls using a small cookie scoop (probably half the size of a golf ball). Using Philadelphia cream cheese, Adams creamy no-stir peanut butter, King Arthur sweetener, and 60 grams of melted 63% dark chocolate discs (not artificially sweetened), they came out to about 3.5 carbs each. Very tasty but yes, the quantities produced are way off.

590 calories for the cream cheese and peanut butter (total). Divide the number of balls to get the "per ball" calorie. If you use the chocolate chips you need to account for those.

Loved it but I agree got about 8 golf ball sized but that was doubling the recipie. also if u use a mixer u can mix it longer and it gets extreamly fluffy and creamy so good. I would suggest freezer only to thinking them to cover in chocaloate and then use the fridge because they get rock hard in freezer and taste better in the creamy form. Of course who would not eat them in a week or less even one a day? dont need to store in freezer but great wish there was a calorie break down and macros for the recipe.

Delicious!! I doubled the recipe to get more but only ended up with 8 gold size balls. No way the original recipe yields 12 “golf size balls”

This were pretty good - the tangy taste from the cream cheese was great with the chocolate and peanut butter - i want to add some walnuts to mine next time and maybe a bit more sugar. I was able to make 8 1" balls.

I think these were really good, but "golf sized balls" do not yield any more than approximately 8 balls. Regardless, very good recipe!

The recipe made about 20 for me. They were probably the size of the tip of my thumb. Just a perfect sized bite. I used my sugar free salt free homemade peanut butter and used salted butter. I dipped them into melted sugar free chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil mixed in. Stored them in the freezer. So good!

They are super delicious and I'm thrilled to have this healthy snack however, there is no way this makes more than 2-3 golf sized balls. I was lucky to get 6 large marble sized balls. You may wish to check your amounts. Several other folks have commented on this in the review section as well.

This sounds yummy! I haven't made them yet but it says 12 servings and to make them golf ball size. 4oz of cream cheese and 2oz of PB... I can't see this being enough to make 12 golf ball sized bombs. ?

These are amazing. I try to stay 100% sugar free so I used cacao nibs, bocha sweet, and of course Adams PB. I’ve made these multiple times, each time adding something new. The original recipe is the best texture so far.

Great recipe! Only recommendations is to keep mixing when you think it is done because the cream cheese and peanut butter don't mix easily

Excellent! The first time i made them i kept adding more sweetener thinking they were bland. The second time i noticed my special peanut butter head no salt. Added some, it blended smoothly right away, and tasted amazing! TLDR; pro tip - add salt to sweet stuff and make oil blend back into PB

I was looking for a recipe for some leftover whipped cream cheese and found this. After leaving the cream cheese out for a half an hour, I whipped this together in about 5 minutes and it was AWESOME! I didn't even bother scooping into balls, I just left it in the cream cheese container in the fridge and took a spponful as a snack every now and then! A great treat to interrupt the suffering of keto! ;-)
